The third grade students at St. Louis Catholic in Ms. Shuey’s Title I class completed a nonfiction study of sea snakes in class. The students converted the information into sea snakes poems.

Sea snakes are poisonous reptile.
They live in tropical waters, and they are
the most venomous of all snakes.

The flap on their nostril keeps out water,
so they can hold their breath for two hours.

Their lungs help them hold their breath for two hours & a
