Using Shaving Cream as Finger Painting Snow

Read Katy and the Big Snow by Virginia
Lee Burton or Snow by Uri Shelevitz.

Make Finger Painting Snow using
shaving cream foam.

  1. The best place to play with Finger
Painting Snow is on the kitchen
counters next to the sink. Another
good place is on a cookie sheet.
  2. Squirt shaving foam on the counter
or cookie sheet. It is your "snow."
Finger paint with it: Make roads in
the snow, snow drifts, hills, and more!
  3. Try using plastic tools, such as
plastic spoons or plastic combs, to
    make designs in your "snow."
  4. When it's time to clean up, use a
large sponge, and put your "snow"
    in the sink.
